Nisha Art Jewellery ("we", "us") is a B2B jewellery manufacturer and wholesale supplier based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details. When you create an account we collect your full name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth), stored only in encrypted (hashed) form, and are never visible to us.
• Sign in with Google. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never receive your Google password.
• Video call requests. If you book a video call we collect your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email, country, the products you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and your message.
• Watch list. Products you save to your watch list while logged in.
• Approximate country. To show prices in your local currency, your browser asks an IP location service for your country. We use only the country code; it is not stored on our servers. Your currency choice is saved in your own browser.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and keep you logged in.
• To show wholesale prices and your saved pieces.
• To respond to your video call requests and business enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Services we use

• Supabase: database and account authentication.
• Google: "Sign in with Google", the embedded map on our Contact section, and web fonts.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) and jsDelivr: hosting and securing the website, and its code libraries.
• IP location services (Cloudflare, country.is, GeoJS, ipwho.is): detecting your country for currency display only.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us through them, their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies and browser storage

We store your login session and currency preference in your browser's local storage so the website remembers you. We do not use advertising cookies. The embedded Google Map may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep your account and request details for as long as your account is active or as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, by emailing us. You can log out at any time from the account menu, and you can remove Google access from your Google Account settings.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
